Well, I'm putting the finish trim items ect on my panel and the past couple days decided to put the Lower Cab Windlace and retainer on my 52 Panel and since the old originals were in bad shape I ordered two new ones.
You can see from the pic the holes in the new one are lots smaller than the original....and since I thought it'd save me a trip to the hardware store I also ordered the screws with the retainers. Well, wouldn't you know, SMALL holes...BIG screws.
Since I did "extensive" metal work and needed to drill new holes I got me some #6 tapered screws and used the re-pops.
Can they ever get anything right? Grrrrrrrr.
