Fast truck knuckle head F Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 158 East Coast	Ukonjac, why do you suspect the cam is to blame for the misfirng?Did you pull the lifter to have a look at the cam lobe?Does the valve fail to open and close when the engine is rotated?
