300 is the model number while the 3 is for a 160" wheelbase
The serial number doesn't say much.
13K weight is a 1 1/2 ton.
It could have a 2 speed or most likely a single speed, won't know until you look.
The standard engine would be a 236. If you scrap down the flat pad by the distributor, you'll find the engine size followed by a serial number with more info about the engine.
