3769716 is a bock casting code for a 58-63 block.
The engine serial number ID Is pressed into the block, to the rear of where the distributor enters the block. This should indicate the model truck the engine was first installed. The location of that code is shown in Photo 3.
Also, the block and head date casting codes would be interesting to see.
