thadley baxter Member T Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 72 Phoenix, AZ.	I got vaccuum to the wiper mechanism and the switch on the dash pivots, howevever no action. Are these devices repairable? What can I look for as the culprit or cause of failure?? 49' Chev, 3808 platform
