If it's just the photo problem, put a polarizing filter for the camera if available. It will make it look it's best. The filter is two lenses together, rotate the outer lens until the shine is negated.

If it's visually you want the paint duller, then I don't think you can afford polarizing lenses for everyone..... eeeek
