OK, I have my vacuum gauge hooked up, and the needle bounces between 13 and 15 PSI. It'll smooth out if I raise the idle to 1kish, but doesn't seem to like to be below 750. Also, if I raise the rpms above 1200 it'll jump to 20ish and stay there, very steady. I've tried to adjust the carb mix, and it doesn't seem to have much of an effect. The carb was dry for about 2 months while I rebuilt the motor, maybe it needs a cleaning?

Any ideas?
