Those mods if done right can make a great truck. The 350 engine is smooth & strong. The value of the truck will be as good or better then a stock one. BUT, if you are going to have all that work done at a shop, you better have real deep pockets. This kind of thing usually is done yourself unless it is a high doller classic or you are madly in love with it.
