It wasn't clear though...are you suggesting I keep the original frame etc on hand for when I sell the truck? My current opinion is that I will not be selling this truck ever... I am not a truck /car collector, while I'd like to have other vehicles this one is fully capable of what I need it to do... ultimately. This vehicle was carefully chosen to be very functional i.e. covered bed and an excellent mate to all of my major hobbies / interests/ ways of life: a vintage tow vehicle for an old trailer / art deco design / WWII reenacting / vintage carnival side-show touring / weekend camping out of the back / )
Or more likely I assume you are saying make these original parts available to anyone who wants to buy them for parts they can use for their own restoration projects? An endeavor that by the way I do fully endorse and fully appreciate when I see those vehicles.
