Is this the one needed for a 261 to V8 conversion with a SM420 in the truck ?

I think about buying one, not this one, just in case since the old 261 behaves a bit odd. And if I see it has a blown head gasket it will go out at least temporarily. And while a rebuild I thought this could be a way to go.

BUT, with this bellhousing a 265 and a 283 will be the only choice ?

IS there any options for putting a 350 in ? Since they are more than common and easy to find a used one for no money.
