That one will bolt up to any Chevy V8, small or big block, and all the 2nd.-generation sixes, 194, 230, 250, and 292. It will need the 3-bolt starter that bolts to the bellhousing, not the engine block and a large-diameter flywheel (don't remember the tooth count offhand).
You might have to fabricate front motor mounts and clutch linkage to make everything work, plus the exhaust system. As long as you don't go too big on the engine size, the radiator you have now should work OK. A 396, 427, or 454 might require more cooling, but up to a 350 should be OK.
