Is this a symptom of an improper float setting?
Answer YES
I had the float set wrong.
...I readjusted the float... Whet for a drive and it didnt shut down when I coast to stop.
I put the old spring and needle back in.
Hopefully the new 17/32 float setting will help with the flooding that happens on the real hot days.
