Man oh man that bites big time & isn't the way a company keeps customers regardless of what their policy may be especially since they already knew that had sent you the wrong parts in the first place. I know it seems easier to just order a complete kit so you don't have to(supposedly)hunt down those extra parts. BUT this is one reason why anytime I have done a disc brake swap I buy ONLY the brackets & bearing sleeves from the manufacturer. Much easier to return those wear items(calipers, pads, hoses & etc) to my local parts store then having to wait for the Mailman, UPS or Fedex to show up. Plus I don't have to worry about IF they get lost in transect to & from the company.
