I'm sorry to hear about your experiences with CPP. I've never dealt with them myself because I've read too many similar stories from other customers. They seem to make good products, but have earned a terrible reputation for customer service.
If I ever have need for the types of products they sell I'll go to Early Classic instead. I've never a read a bad review about their products or customer interface.
