Day by day, or even my motto of "15 minutes" EVERY day will get the job done. You'll have stuff done to keep you motivated. Your truck looks to certainly be a worthy canidate for restoration.
Even that with that it may pay to see if the truck runs and how good it runs. That may play a part in just where you want to go.
