The 305,s are sluggish. The 350 is a lot more peppy. They are not all that hard to get out of a van. Remove the front bumper & grill & lower panel. Pull the radiator & condenser. Pull the carb & put a lift plate on it. Disconnect all the normal things to pull an engine. Stick a cherry picker in & lift it out.
