Thanks guys, all good input and what I have been thinking and have heard from others. It not that getting the motor out of the van is so difficult it is more the location of the van. It is on my uncle's property and will be one of those out in the field (read sand and rocks) adventures. I keep telling myself it is part of the adventure of doing a project like this. We do have a bobcat available to lift and move the engine, so I am hoping for the best.
