I did the Rustoleum 2 part epoxy about 3 years ago. It hasn't peeled, flaked or come off in any area. It has faded some color outside the garage door where it is exposed to daylight.
The price was more reasonable than some others.
It cleans very easily and doesn't stain.
The downside is it's quite slippery when wet.
I would use this product again.
