Okay, I'm about 2 years into my Rustoleum-coated garage floor and so far, very good. I have two motorcycles and a project '63 GMC truck. I can see a few places where there were oil/gas stains before I coated it, it's hard to see but if you look you can see them, even though I had used degreaser extensively and pressure washed it until the top, smooth layer was gone. But there are no signs (yet) of any peeling, etc. I used the commercial strength; next time (if there is a next time) I'll try the industrial strength.
