Cletis, he says his test ground is the bumper, that sounds like the housings are properly grounded ..... also if the park lights don't light it doesn't seem there would be a complete circuit thru the bulbs anyway .... I'm still trying to understand how there could be an indication with a test light that there's power to the light body - like ground of tester to the bumper and probe to park housing, which should also be ground
