Click!Your not crazy. The only supplier of these lines I have found is through Jim Carters. I only saw them there once and not since. You can find a brake place to custom make the hose, but they don't use the rounded heads with the tab where the banjo bolt goes through. this may require you to take a grinder to the caliper for them to actually fit.
Maybe Jim Carter carries them again.
