I think that although the starter is rebuilt, it may not have enought torque to turn it over when it is hot. You should be able to turn it over by hand when it is warm. I think you need to try that. I use the fan and pull on the belt to get it to turn. You need to establish whether the motor is too hard to turn when hot or whether your starter isn't doing the job.
