.... I may be wrong but the washers on what I think were original doors, at least on my 52, appear to have leather washers and not rubber....which would "sort of" make sense as the wing vent used leather washers on its assembly.
....then again a 54 may be entirely different???
If it is Leather a shoe shop can cut you a couple..or get some hole punches and make your own.
