Here are some pics with the wheel mounted on the front axle and set at the correct height in which the bus would ride. The overall height of a 245/70/19.5 is 32" so I set the center of the wheel at 16".

I wish I had a tire on there to set it down and see, but I really think this and then lowering the bus some will give it a good look.
