I think Grigg is going to be right about the tire being too small for the opening. I might have a picture of it on mine or just in the opening. I'll check tonight and see if I have it. I would think our wheel openings are about the same size. If you were not so far away I would let you barrow one of my 19.5 with a tire. mine are 32" tall.
