Lots of times you can run a few hot weld beads on the side you want to pull it towards & that will do it for you. As they show in the example here, that was the cause of the problem. Someone welds on a mount for wider spring or a coil-over shock to increase the load carrying ability & they don't know enough to run equal beads on the opposite side (180 deg. off).
