When I was growing up in Toronto, Accurate Crankshaft was the big name. A few years back I used CarQuest shop services to do my head and they did a good job for very reasonable money. I think the pros could give you a good estimate. I would be very surprised if they said it was a scrapper. I think they work on a lot worse.
