Did you end up getting it? Did you find out the year of it? My guess would be a 47 because it has the fuses on the driver side of the firewall and there isn't an H pattern in the firewall above the hole for the steering column. My 47 Chevy Panel has the fuses and no H pattern either, my 50 pickup has the H and no fuses.
