Chris, My panel has two seats in the front, the driver's seat pivots only the back section and the seat is able to slide ahead and back to adjust for the driver's needs. The passenger seat tips ahead from the front wooden blocks that are fastened to the floor. The top of the seat actually rests against the dash, just above the glove compartment. I am quite certain that I have correct panel seats.
