Mr Lang i haven't seen a price do you mind if i ask, I have a Canadian 54 Panel got it on Vancouver Island back in 74. I have had no problem interchanging parts between Canadian and US or between Chev and GMC for that matter, except for the obvious in the grill area.
I would go for it you don't find them to often in such good condition body wise.
