Methinks you know what you need to do but can't face doing it. The proper procedure would be to pull the spindles off and have them turned at a machine shop. If you had a micrometer, you could mic the spindle on a good, unused area and compare that to the 'book' ID of the new tapered roller bearing. This would confirm what Chevy Duty considers 'a few thousandths'.
A die grinder with a flap wheel and some prudent work might bring the OD down enough to allow the bearing to slide on. I think the fact that inner and outer bearings are so far apart would preclude any alignment problems with the 'hand job'!
There are all kinds of shadetree ways to make things fit and work, but there is only one 'right way', and the right way in this instance requires lots of grunt work. Is it worth it to do it the right way? Could the truck stand a brand new set of king pins to go with the snazzy new disc brakes!
