Hi Red 58! Wow, thanks for the education! Did you have those pics, or take them just for me? It is really appreciated! I looked at a 55 car over the weeekend, and it got me thinking... (sounds dangerous for someone!) but your pics showed me the brackets attaching things to the crossmember. Leads to another question... am I better off getting the stock style for $100, or the crossmember kit with mounts for a little less $$. I am not planning on thrashing on things, but you never know when the need for a little "rubber" will be there. (I occasionally like to turn the tires) What do you think? Grant.
