That NAPA copper anti-seize is an antioxidant and is conductive. Eastwoods used to sell a similar product (at 5x the cost) called
Kopr-Shield.
A regular dielectric grease acts as an anti-oxidant but is non conductive. I would not use a dielectric grease on ground cable connections.
