I really appreciate all the help! I'm going to check the gas line today to start as my neighbour said it wasn't a strong enough gas smell in the carb after attempt. Neither neighbour could see gas in the carb with the flashlight on attempt. It may be clogged. If that fails to be the issue, I'll go through all of your suggestions, one-by-one.
