I think that I may have found the correct parts, or so said Jim Carter's. They had the top and rubber new, and the other two used. If it turns out they are not correct then I will make them. I contacted AD-Engineering about the poly bushing and he responded that he no longer makes them. This issue is working itself out slowly but surely.
