Of course I’ve read the parts manuals, accessories pamphlets and all, and realize that it was not an option in 1950.
But if I were a profitable farmer in the fall of 1950, (I know, the two don’t really go together) I would have stopped by my local Chevy dealer on my weekly trip in for mama’s groceries. And had the parts guy order me one to keep under the seat, just incase I drained the battery getting the Farmall H started.
Tim, over the bumper and pan and between the two lower grill bars (notched out for it) under the radiator (notched out for it) then slides into the home plate.
