The last thing that glares at me about this truck is that it is advertised as a "53", yet it has the doors of a "50" or older truck. If it were me I wouldn't even entertain buying this truck at half the price, I'm sure you could find a more properly assembled truck for a much more reasonable price!

Bingo, you win the prize! It is a 1949 truck with a 1953 title. Notice the absence of the reinforcement bars on the firewall and the side vent? It also has the early chrome package with no vent windows. 1953 trucks were without chrome. Re-sale red, looks good, but way over priced. We could all pick this one apart, there are better trucks available for a reasonable price
