Hy MarcF, welcome, I would say that if the engine and transmission are the only modifications, then it is no longer "stock", but it really isn't a street rod either. A street rod would have a lot more modifications, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc., etc.. I don't think the truck is worth anywhere near that, because it is neither this or that. Pictures would be very helpful, is the paint job a new version of a stock colour?
