This is after removing paint with a dremel abrasive brush, rubbing it down with a scotchbrite pad, and rubbing it down again with a scotchbrite sanding sponge - 320 grit. I will be powdercoating these as is w/ high temp clear.

They will all be installed on the 261 I'm building. I will be using the same clear powder coated valve cover I have now on my 235 that can be seen in the bottom link.
