Gee..... I must be the odd-ball.... as my timing light doesn't connect to the battery...nope..... got a tester... has a swing arm with lots of leads and connectors... I just connect them all up and it tells me everything... including giving me a nice picture of all them sparking plugs as they fire...
oh yeah..... my testor??? a Sun 1120...heeheehee....
got me the best equipped garage in town...
