So heres an update, i took the valve cover off and waited until the first intake exhaust were up. As my auto teacher instructed that that would be TDC. since doing that i rewired the distributor cap the now correct way for the plugs, 1-5-3-6-2-4, clockwise. Yet again no fire, i will add a link to show pics of the engine now that it is cleaned up and all my new parts are on. but i am still stumped as to why it wont start, everybody i have gone to says its the timing... well if its at TDC now, shouldn't it start????
