Hy KMeagher, welcome, once the wheels are off there should be three slotted head screws in the drum face which you have to remove to remove the drum from the hub. You will probably have to back off the brake adjustment quite a bit to get the drums off, to back off the adjustment move the adjustment tool outer end from the center of the backing plate to the outside of the backing plate. You don't have to remove the hub to get the drums off, so you can re-install the "dust cover", hope that helps.
