My title shows the truck is a '54, the s/n shows it's a '48. I mention this because my dually's brake drum is one piece, it seems I have to take the axel dust cover off to get the brake drum off to access the brakes? I did find two brake adjustment bolts on the back side that seemded to release the brakes some, but I still need to get the air bled out, I like the idea of the dremel and flatening the sides some. Thank you
