One of the synchros is built into a gear and that one is typically not real worn unless its had some serious grunt done to it. I was always taught if your gonna replace one bearing replace them all. You can get the complete set, (all bearings, needle bearings, gaskets, including 2 synchros, etc...) for less then 200$.
Its kinda funny cause I just tore one down last night!
