I can't help but think this thread should somehow be displayed more prominently somewhere. I think it would be a great place for a newby to get his feet wet. I went into this eyes open after a lifetime of busting knuckles. But I have known of so many who jump in, not realizing the amount of work, expertise and money that it takes. It often doesn't turn out well for them. So if this was an easy to find resource for someone giving thought to the prospect, they would have plenty ot think about. Especially with some real world prices being shared.
