Most likely it was tuned with a bad muffler, now that it has free flow you might mess with the idle adjustment a little. In is lean, out is rich, go 1/2 turn each way and see what it sounds like. Idle screw will not fix anything above a idle, if its not running right out on road, then you have other problems.
