The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Driveline What to grab for T5.

now that i have the tranny can anyone shed some light on how exactly to shorten the input shaft. i am aware that the Splines, the nipple on the end, and the bearing retainer must be shortened but how exactly should i go about it. i can use a cutoff wheel but past experiences would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.
