Yes, a couple of thousands looser than your stock setup. I went like .008 and .018 or something like that. It is not rocket science. But yours sounds tight.
Then warm the engine for 30 minutes and check them all again. Loose is good, tight is bad. Basically you want to have little noise. You can find the best lash for your engine by experimenting a little.
