Down in the left bottom of the forum pages, even on this page, you will see a link about posting inmages. Click on it and I think you'll figure it out.
Basically you load your pictures to a host site like Photobucket or Flicker and I guess imageshack is the same...and then you can just copy the address at the top of that page and then paste the link here.
If that don't do it someone that knows more about computers will chip in.
