If thats the case a good power wash, maybe a little scrubbing with a brush and you could then coat it with the POR15. If your not familiar with it you may want to read up on it before making a decision.....but in the end it all depends on what you want and how good.
Aside from that I agree, after laboring on blasting my chassis. Never again!!! LEt someone else do it....and I still used por15 | | |
